I wrote this post according to previous posting about yahoo messenger vulnerability, and another problem we got in LAB TI UIN Malang that common user couldn’t install nor use Yahoo Messenger, except for Administrator ONLY.

• So, the first alternatives for those who still wanna chat with their yahoo pals, is by using web application from yahoo itself, or another service by KoolIM or Meebo. But, you must have such a good connection speed. The good news is they also support another messaging protocols, like AIM, MSN, and Google Talk

• Another alternatives come in handy in windows application, such as GAIM - now renamed to Pidgin, Trillian, MirandaIM, and also YahELite. Hmm, maybe you’d better try ‘em one-by-one

• However, if you still get problem when installing one of those programs, maybe you’d like to have a look to the portable version of GAIM, Miranda IM, Pidgin, or the Lite version of YahELite

So guys, for now on, you can have chit-chat in your own way, anywhere, anytime

Apa seh, BARA PAMERA itu? BARA PAMERA itu singkatan dari: “Lomba dan Silaturrahmi Palang Merah Remaja”. Nah, yang mo diadakan ini, adalah yang ke 9, atau bahasa romawina, IX

Lomba ini diadakan oleh KSR-PMI Unit UIN Malang, dan boleh diikuti oleh anggota Palang Merah Remaja (PMR) tingkat Madya (SLTP) dan Wira (SLTA) Se-Jawa Timur.
